Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect through sanjainenadent.com, why we collect it and how long we keep it. The data controller is SN Dent,Kralja Petra I 94, 21239 Đurđevo, Srbija.

Note for the client: before launch this page needs the company registration and tax numbers, the name of a data protection contact if one is appointed, and the hosting provider. The text follows GDPR and the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, but should be reviewed by a lawyer before going live.

What we collect

Data you enter yourself. When you complete the appointment form we ask for your name, phone number and email address. The treatment, message and photograph fields are optional.

Health data. If you describe your symptoms or send photographs of your teeth, that constitutes a special category of personal data. We process it solely to assess and respond to your enquiry, on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We do not share it with anyone outside the practice.

Technical data. The site is static and sets no tracking cookies of its own. If we introduce analytics in future, they will load only after you consent.

Why we process it

to answer your enquiry and propose an appointment
to prepare an assessment and treatment plan
to keep clinical records, once treatment begins

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted no later than one year after the last contact. If you become a patient, clinical records are retained in line with the regulations governing medical documentation.

Google Maps

The map on the contact page does not load by itself. It appears only when you explicitly request it, because loading it opens a connection to Google's servers and sets their cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, to restrict processing, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
