Injection lipolysis
Lipolysis targets fat deposits that persist despite diet and training — most often under the chin, on the inner thigh or above the knee. The preparation breaks down the membrane of the fat cells, and the body gradually clears the contents. It is not a weight-loss method but a contouring one, for individual areas.
- Double chin and small localised areas
- Course of 3 to 5 sessions
- 3 to 4 weeks apart
- Result appears gradually over weeks

Which areas
The double chin is the commonest and the most rewarding. Besides that: the inner thigh, the area above the knee, the flanks and the area around the armpit. It is always a matter of limited, clearly defined deposits — not broader regions.
What to expect
The result is gradual. After each session the area first swells, then reduces over three to four weeks. The full change is judged only a month after the last session in the course.
We photograph the area before starting and after the course — without that the change is hard to see even when it is real, because the eye adjusts to it slowly.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a substitute for losing weight?
No, and that is the most important thing to understand beforehand. Lipolysis addresses localised deposits in someone whose weight is otherwise stable. If your weight increases afterwards, the remaining fat cells in that area will enlarge and the result will be lost.
What does the area look like afterwards?
Swelling and tenderness are expected and are strongest for the first two or three days — up to a week under the chin. That is part of the process, because the inflammation is what drives the breakdown. Bruising is possible.
How many sessions?
Usually three to five, three to four weeks apart. The result is not immediate — the broken-down fat needs several weeks to clear.
Who is not a candidate?
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and people with liver or kidney disease, autoimmune conditions or clotting disorders. We take a detailed history before the first session.
